Doppelherz Magnesium 500 provides your body with 500 mg of magnesium, vitamin D, and B vitamins. It also includes known herbal substances such as lavender oil and lemon balm extract. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function. The mineral also supports electrolyte balance and normal nervous system function.
