Doppelherz system single-serve sachets, ready-to-drink granules with orange-pomegranate flavor, contain 400 mg of magnesium in citrate form, contributing to normal muscle function, and vitamin B6, contributing to the normal function of the nervous system. Magnesium citrate is an organic form of magnesium. Magnesium is an essential mineral that the body cannot produce itself.

Furthermore, its storage capacity is limited. Magnesium supports normal energy metabolism and the normal function of the nervous system. Adequate magnesium intake contributes to normal muscle function. This mineral contributes to electrolyte balance. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and plays a role in the normal function of the nervous system. The added vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Instructions for use

Dissolve one sachet in a glass of water (approx. 200 ml) and drink once daily. This is recommended for increased magnesium requirements due to physical exertion (e.g., sports) combined with an unbalanced diet. If the diet is simply low in magnesium, dissolve half a sachet in approximately 100 ml of water and drink daily.
